Ingredients

  • 750 ml juice, (plum juice)
  • 0.5 ½ bottle butter-vanilla flavor
  • 0.5 ½ bottle bitter almond flavor
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled cinnamon, ground
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled anise, ground
  • 1 packet preserving sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the plum juice with the preserving sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Cook according to the instructions on the package. Remove from heat, add the spices and stir in well.
  3. Do not let it boil anymore. Fill into jars immediately and close. Turn the glasses upside down for 5 minutes.
