Christmas Muffins with Cherries and Chocolate

Instructions

Mix the fat, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add eggs and beat everything well. Mix in the cinnamon, chocolate, almonds and rum. Mix flour with baking powder and fold into the dough. Now carefully fold in the drained cherries.
Pour the dough into a greased muffin tray or appropriate molds and bake at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes.
Whipped cream goes very well with it.
