Ingredients

  • 1 mango (s)
  • 1 can tangerine (s), drained
  • 1 bowl physalis
  • 2 cups whipped cream (50 ml each)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 250 g sour cream
  • speculoos (spiced speculoos)
  • Cinnamon powder
  • ginger bread spice

Instructions

  1. Peel and stone the mango, defoliate the physalis (and keep one fruit per glass) and puree with the mandarins.
  2. Roll the speculoos (amount according to personal taste) very finely in the freezer bag with a rolling pin. Whip both cups of whipped cream separately from each other with a packet of vanilla sugar until stiff, with one cup also whip cinnamon (amount according to taste).
  3. Divide the cream without the cinnamon. Fold half of it into the low-fat quark and mix with about 2 - 3 tablespoons of fruit puree. Fold the other half under the sour cream and season with gingerbread spice (amount to taste).
  4. Now layer the dessert in glasses. First fruit puree, then gingerbread cream, speculoos crumbs, fruit quark, speculoos crumbs, cinnamon cream. Garnish with the remaining physalis.
