Ingredients

  • 100 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 50 g almond (s), chopped
  • 50 g orane peel
  • 50 g raisins
  • 325 grams flour
  • 175 g butter, soft
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon spice mixture (Christmas stollen spice)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Roughly grate the marzipan on a household grater. Finely chop the orange peel. Wash the raisins, drain them and pat dry. Dust with 1 teaspoon flour. Mix butter, marzipan, sugar, vanilla sugar and Christmas stollen spice until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix the flour with the Bach powder and briefly stir in alternately with the milk. Fold in the orange peel, chopped almonds and the raisins. Pour batter into the wells of a muffin tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C (convection 150 ° C) for about 30 minutes.
  2. Let the muffins cool down a bit, then lift them out of the troughs in the muffin tin. Dust thick with powdered sugar.
