Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon, leveled cinnamon powder
- 0.5 ½ tuber / n ginger
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- 1 liter water
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper

- Peel the ginger and cut into cubes or strips. Put in a small bowl and mix with the lemon juice and sugar. Add pepper and cinnamon powder.
- Bring the water to the boil and add the contents of the bowl to the boiling water. Add the honey. Let it steep for 5 minutes, stir well, then pour into cups.
