Cinnamon and Nut Apple Muffins

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 210 g
  • Baking powder – 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Vegetable oil, refined – 1/4 cup
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Walnut (chopped) – 1/2 cup
  • or chocolate, cut into small cubes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the molds with oil.
  2. Mix and sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Add sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Beat the egg lightly separately. Pour in vegetable oil and milk, stir. Add the peeled and grated apple. Stir.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients mixture with the apple mixture. Add nuts. Stir until smooth (this is normal if the apple muffin dough is thick or lumpy).
  5. Pour the muffin dough into the tins, two-thirds full. Place the apple muffins in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, until the muffins rise and brown. Use a wooden toothpick to check the readiness of the apple nut muffins – it must be dry.
