Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 260 g flour (if in the house, then also reat, half wholemeal flour)
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 80 g walnuts, chopped (hazelnuts or almonds also work)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar, (bourbon or homemade 2 teaspoons)
- 1 egg (s)
- 150 g suar, brown
- 100 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- 300 ml buttermilk
- powdered sugar

- Wash and core the apples and then cut them into very small pieces.
- Mix the flour with baking powder, cinnamon, nuts, baking soda, vanilla sugar and apple pieces.
- Beat the egg in another bowl and whisk with the sugar, oil and buttermilk. Carefully stir in the flour mixture.
- Put out paper liners in a muffin tin and pour in the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool down a little (approx. 5 minutes). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
