Ingredients

  • 20 g semolina, (soft wheat semolina)
  • 250 ml milk, low-fat 1.5% fat
  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan with the semolina and 1/2 teaspoon sugar and simmer gently. Cut the apple into fine wedges and place on a plate. Mix the rest of the sugar with a little cinnamon and sprinkle over the apple. Put the apple in the microwave for about 90 seconds until it is a little softened. Pour the semolina over the apple.
