Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 250 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 300 g hazelnuts, round
  • 60 g hazelnuts, whole

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg white until stiff, gradually pour in the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and continue to beat, set aside about 4 tablespoons of the egg white mixture.
  2. Fold the cinnamon and mixed nuts into the remaining egg whites.
  3. Shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls and place on a baking sheet, make a small dent with a wooden handle, add some egg whites and add 1 hazelnut each.
  4. Preheat oven to approx. 125 ° C, fan oven to approx. 100 ° C, bake for approx. 25-30 minutes.
