- 1 tablespoon honey, liquid
- 1 tablespoon almond (s), grated
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar

- First peel the banana and cut it in half lengthways. Place on a microwave-safe plate and brush over with honey. Then put in the microwave for about 1 minute at 800 watts. Now sprinkle with cinnamon, icing sugar and almonds.
- Instead of the microwave, you can of course also use an oven. Almond or powdered sugar can be omitted.
