- Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with flour.
- Combine ground cinnamon and sugar for the filling in a separate container.
- And mix.
- Melt the remaining butter and cool slightly.
- In a deep bowl, combine melted butter, egg, sugar, vegetable oil and vanillin.
- Beat a little until combined.
- Add kefir and mix.
- Add flour, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.
- And mix until combined, do not interfere for a long time. We turn on the oven to heat up to 190 degrees.
- We spread half of the dough into the prepared form.
- Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar (3/4 of the total), spreading evenly over the entire surface.
- Spread out the remaining dough and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar. We bake the cinnamon cake in the oven for about 55 minutes.
- Cool the cupcake a little in the form. Then we take it out of the mold, cut into portions and serve.
