Cinnamon curd casserole (no flour)

by Editorial Staff

A very tasty cottage cheese casserole can be prepared from a small amount of food. I recommend the simple and quick recipe for a low-calorie cottage cheese casserole with banana and cinnamon. A casserole is prepared from cottage cheese without flour and without sugar.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 5% – 600 g
  • Milk – 50-100 ml (sometimes milk is not needed at all)
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Bananas – 2 pcs.
  • Vanilla
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey (for serving, optional)

Directions

  1. We interrupt the cottage cheese in a blender until a pasty state.
  2. We separate the yolks from the proteins and send them to the mixer bowl. We also send cottage cheese, cinnamon, vanilla, and 2 peeled bananas there.
  3. We continue to beat, gradually pouring in the milk. (The amount of milk may vary depending on the type and fat content of the curd. Look at the consistency of the curd mass – it should be like thick sour cream.) Transfer the dough to a separate bowl.
  4. We send proteins and a pinch of salt to the mixer bowl (I don’t add sugar, but you can add it). Beat the whites white, first at low speed, then increase.
  5. We introduce the proteins into the curd mass in parts, stirring with a wooden or silicone spatula from the bottom to top, in one direction.
  6. Cover the form with parchment and pour the curd mass into it. We send the cottage cheese casserole with bananas and cinnamon to a hot oven (temperature – 160-170 degrees). We bake for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Cinnamon curd casserole (no flour) is ready. Cool it down and cut it.
  8. You can pour honey on the cottage cheese casserole before serving, but keep in mind that even without sugar, the cottage cheese casserole with bananas is very sweet.

Bon Appetit everyone!
