Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 300 g powdered suar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 450 g almond (s), round
  • 1 lemon (s), the zest (grated)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites and a pinch of salt together until stiff.
  2. Slowly mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice into the mixture.
  3. Fold in ground almonds, zest of one grated lemon and cinnamon.
  4. Then pour the mixture into a piping bag and use a large star attachment to squirt small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  5. The whole thing is baked at 160 ° C for about 20 minutes.
