Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 300 g powdered suar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 450 g almond (s), round
- 1 lemon (s), the zest (grated)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

- Beat the egg whites and a pinch of salt together until stiff.
- Slowly mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice into the mixture.
- Fold in ground almonds, zest of one grated lemon and cinnamon.
- Then pour the mixture into a piping bag and use a large star attachment to squirt small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- The whole thing is baked at 160 ° C for about 20 minutes.
