Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 g suar
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks and sugar until frothy. In a second bowl, whip the cream until stiff. Mix both loosely and season with cinnamon. Pour into a loaf pan, smooth the surface and cover with aluminum foil and leave to freeze in the freezer for a few hours.
  2. Take out 30 minutes before serving and let stand at room temperature. Then turn the parfait out and cut into slices.
  3. Hot plum sauce goes very well with it.
