Instructions

  1. Knead a smooth dough from almonds, sugar, cinnamon, egg yolk and cream. Let rest for 4-5 hours at room temperature.
  2. Use ground almonds or sugar instead of flour to roll out!
  3. Roll out the dough and cut out stars of any size.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 10-12 minutes. Let cool down.
  5. Make a glaze from powdered sugar and cream and coat the top of the cinnamon stars with it.
