Ingredients

  • 400 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 15 g yeast (yeast)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Butter, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Prepare a yeast dough from the first 7 ingredients, keep warm and let rise well.
  2. Grease a wreath form, mix the sugar + cinnamon well, tear off pieces of the dough with your fingers (approx. 5 cm in diameter) and roll them vigorously in the cinnamon sugar and place them side by side and on top of each other in the mold, finally brush with butter in the preheated oven Bake for about 30 minutes at 170-180 °
