Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter first. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl and stir in the melted butter. Then add the mineral water and stir again briefly.
  2. Grease small molds, pour in the dough and let rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Then bake the tartlets for about 15-20 minutes and let them cool down.
  3. For the garnish, sieve the icing sugar and mix with the lemon juice to a thick icing. Use a spoon to decorate the tartlets with the icing and sprinkle with lemon zest.
