Citrus Okroshka with Light Beer, Raisins and Croutons

Citrus okroshka on light beer is a completely exotic dish! But if your soul requires experimentation, do not deny yourself the pleasure of trying okroshka on beer according to this recipe. The taste is very bright and spicy.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Light beer – 0.5 l
  • Lemon – 1/3 pc.
  • Orange – 1 pc.
  • Raisins – 50 g
  • Black bread – 2 slices
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon – to taste

Directions

  1. Rinse the raisins thoroughly and fill them with beer. Let it brew for 3-4 hours.
  2. We send slices of black bread to the oven. Dry for 15 minutes at 170 degrees. In the process, the bread must be turned over.
  3. Rub the resulting croutons on a coarse grater.
  4. Peel and seed the lemon and orange. Cut into cubes.
  5. We send lemon, orange, sugar, and cinnamon to beer with raisins.
  6. Before serving, add crumbs from black bread. We mix.
