Classic Ceviche Recipe

A refined sparkling wine with a classic bottle aging, excellent structure, fresh acidity, a delicate range of citrus and fruity shades will emphasize a traditional Peruvian dish.

Ingredients

  • fillet of sea fish – 500 g;
  • lime – 4 pcs.;
  • red chili pepper – 2 pcs.;
  • ginger – 20 g;
  • red onion – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • cilantro – 50 g;
  • salt to taste.

Directions

  1. Cut the fish into large 2 centimeters cubes.
  2. Cut the onion and chili into half rings, chop the ginger and garlic, coarsely chop the cilantro.
  3. Toss the fish with the prepared ingredients and pour over the lime juice.
  4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
