Classic Cheesecake Ingredients

For the biscuit:

  • Cream 38% -600 gr.
  • Starch-80 gr.

For glaze:

  • Egg-2 pcs.
  • Powdered sugar-100 gr.
  • Philadelphia cheese-80 gr.
  • Gelatin (in plates) -4 gr.

Classic Cheesecake Instructions

  1. Cooking a biscuit – beat the eggs with sugar into a thick foam, add flour in two steps, mix. Grease the tray with butter and sprinkle with flour, pour the dough onto the tray and bake for 7 minutes at 180 degrees. We take out and cool, cut out in the shape of a circle.
  2. Prepare the cream:
  3. Beat eggs with icing sugar until thick foam.
  4. Whisk the cream together with the starch until firm.
  5. Mix Philadelphia cheese with egg mixture and cream. Let stand in the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Put parchment into the mold. Put the biscuit in the mold, spread the mass on it.
  7. We bake for 1 hour at a temperature of 70 degrees, then 20 minutes at a temperature of 120 degrees. Cool and freeze.
  8. Prepare the icing – beat eggs with powdered sugar, add Philadelphia cheese, mix. Add the diluted gelatin. Fill the cheesecake completely and freeze it again.
  9. Classic cheesecake is ready, we decorate as you wish.
