Classic Cheesecake without Baking

Ingredients

  • Cookies 300 gram
  • Butter 150 Grams
  • Mascarpone 500 Gram
  • Cream 200 Milliliters
  • Sugar 150 Gram
  • Gelatin 20 Gram

Directions

  1. Pour gelatin with 100 ml of cold boiled water, leave for 1 hour.
  2. Grind the cookies in a blender.
  3. The butter needs to be melted.
  4. Mix the cookies and butter until a homogeneous thick mass.
  5. Fill the cheesecake mold with the prepared mass and tamp it well.
  6. Bring gelatin to a boil and remove from heat, cool.
  7. Whisk in the cream and sugar.
  8. Add the mascarpone and mix thoroughly.
  9. Add gelatin, stir again.
  10. We spread the cheese mass on the base of the cheesecake and send it to freeze in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
