  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Butter (preferably ghee) – 20-30 g
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon

  1. Grind cottage cheese well in a bowl. Add flour, egg, sugar, salt. To stir thoroughly. The dough should be very soft, but should not stick to your hands. If necessary (for example, if the curd is greasy, wet), you can add more flour.

  2. Sprinkle flour on the table. Roll the mass into sausages with a diameter of about 5 cm, cut across into equal pieces 1 cm thick. Roll the pieces in flour.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry cheese pancakes on both sides in a pan with melted butter. First 4-5 minutes on one side. Then 4-5 minutes on the other side. Serve sour cream or jam separately with cheesecakes.
