Instructions

  1. First remove the small leaves and root residues from the lamb`s lettuce, wash and clean thoroughly (to remove any remaining sand), shake dry and place in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with the whipped cream and mayonnaise thoroughly.
  3. Wash the two Roma tomatoes, dry them, cut them in half and remove the stalk. Cut into very fine cubes (approx. 3-4mm in size) with a sharp knife and add to the cream mixture with the leaked juice and seeds. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Mix the dressing well and pour over the salad. Mix the salad thoroughly and serve immediately.
  5. This salad is an absolute classic and goes perfectly with roasted meat, potato dishes and especially with raclette. If desired, the salad can also be supplemented with fresh herbs, fried bacon cubes drained on kitchen paper or pine nuts roasted without fat. The amount is enough either as a large side salad for 2 people or as a small side salad for 4 people.
