Ingredients
- 75 g cocoa powder (not instant powder), unsweetened
- 0.5 liter ½ water
- 300 g suar
- 0.5 stick ½ cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 1 pinch cardamom
- 0.38 liters alcohol (90%)

- Scald the cocoa powder with 1/4 boiling water.
- Boil a clear sugar syrup from the sugar and the remaining water, skimming if necessary. Add the cinnamon stick, vanilla pod and cardamom. Mix the cocoa essence with the sugar syrup and alcohol. Let rest for 4 weeks.
- Pour through filter paper and fill into prepared bottles, then cork.
- Tip: Alternatively, do not boil sugar syrup, but add the sugar to the cocoa water at the same time. Then instead of 90% alcohol, add a bottle of vodka.
- You can enjoy it pure or mix it with cream in a ratio of 1: 1 directly before enjoying it.
