  • 750 g veetables, mixed
  • 4 tablespoon margarine
  • 500 ml milk
  • 12 lasagne plate (s)
  • Flour
  • 300 g Gouda cheese, rated
  • Spice Mix (Vegeta)
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine in a saucepan, stir in the flour until it becomes thick, then stir in the milk with a whisk. Season with Vegeta, salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and let them simmer in the sauce. Finally add parsley.
  3. First, put some sauce in a baking dish so that the bottom is covered. Then alternately stack the lasagne sheets and the vegetable mixture. Finally, cover generously with cheese and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until golden yellow.
