• 300 ml cola
• 1 ½ cup ketchup
• 1 cup onion (s), finely chopped
• 0.25 ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
• 0.25 ¼ cup Worcester sauce
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Tabasco, to taste

Instructions

1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan, reduce the heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes until the sauce thickens a little.
2. Then serve either warm or cold.
3. The sauce is also suitable for placing spare ribs in it, leaving it to stand for a few hours or even overnight.
