  • Kefir – 400 ml
  • Milk or black chocolate – 60 g
  • Sugar – 1.5 tablespoons
  • Cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in the microwave.
  2. Pour sugar and cocoa powder into a blender bowl. (Instead of cocoa, you can use instant coffee, previously diluted with boiling water, or Nesquik.)
  3. Add melted chocolate.
  4. Pour in half of the kefir (cold or room temperature).
  5. Whisk the ingredients.
  6. Pour in the remaining kefir, whisk the cocktail again.
  7. Pour the kefir-chocolate cocktail into glasses and serve. Bon Appetit!
