Cocktail High Rush

Ingredients

• 20 cl pineapple juice, (fresh juice)
• 8 cl Batida de Coco
• 5 cl coconut milk
• 4 cl rum, white
• 4 cl Blue Curaçao
• 2 cl lemon juice, fresher
• 6 ice cubes, (the balls from the ice cube foil)

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients (well chilled) together in a blender and froth for about 1 minute at the highest level.
2. I prefer to serve the cocktail in large red wine glasses with a sugar rim (sugar is colored blue with Blue Curacao), a piece of pineapple and a cocktail church as a garnish. Put the straw in and have fun with the cocktail.
3. The name of the cocktail is derived from the name of my apartment. Friends have named my apartment Villa Höhenrausch.
