  • Tomato juice – 175 ml
  • Worcestershire Sauce – 2 teaspoon
  • Balsamic vinegar – 1-2 teaspoon.
  • Egg yolk – 1 pc.
  • Cayenne pepper – to taste

  1. Pour the tomato juice into a large bar glass with plenty of ice and stir to cool well.
  2. Strain into a tall glass half-filled with ice cubes.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce and vinegar to taste.
  4. Stir.
  5. Gently add the yolk to the surface of the cocktail and lightly sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
