• 2 cl strawberry syrup
• 2 cl cream
• 5 cl passion fruit nectar
• 5 cl mango nectar
• 4 cl orange juice, freshly squeezed
• 4 cl sparkling wine
• 1 small strawberry
• 1 small carambola (s)

Instructions

1. Put the passion fruit nectar, mango nectar, orange juice, strawberry syrup and cream together with crushed ice in the shaker and shake or stir in the mixer. Then add the sparkling wine and mix well again.
2. Pour the cocktail into a glass and finally garnish with a strawberry and the cut star fruit.
