Cocktail “Lemonade with Ice”

Homemade lemonade will certainly not be effervescent, but homemade lemonade will have a fresher and more natural taste. This homemade lemonade recipe allows you to make a cocktail “blank” that keeps perfectly in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, and you can make a wonderful drink anytime by adding the rest of the ingredients.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Lemons – 6 pcs.
  • Fine sugar or powdered sugar – 225 g
  • Boiling water – 1.75 l
  • For each serving:
  • Lemon sorbet – 4 balls
  • Thin mugs of lemon and lime
  • Crushed ice cubes – 3 pcs.

Directions

  1. Wash well and dry the lemons. Cut the zest carefully and very thinly (without touching the white part). Place the zest in a heatproof dish. Add sugar. Juice the lemons separately. Pour the sugar zest with boiling water. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Cool and add lemon juice. Strain the lemonade into a pitcher and refrigerate.
  2. Place in tall glasses (glasses) 4 balls of lemon sorbet and a few circles of lemon and lime (on the sides of the glass). Add crushed ice. Top up with cooked lemonade. Garnish with mint sprigs and lemon and lime wedges.
