Ingredients

  • 1 glass cherry (s), or similar fruit

Instructions

  1. First drain the cherries. If necessary, collect the juice for the icing.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients. Add the buttermilk, oil and eggs and stir everything briefly with the mixer. Put the very liquid dough on a baking sheet and cover with the drained cherries or other fruit (the cake tastes even without fruit).
