Instructions

  1. Mix coconut flour, eggs, butter, baking powder, honey, salt and quark or stir well until you get a smooth dough without lumps.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased form and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes. Let it cool down and then remove it from the mold.
  3. Very good consistency, like soft, moist bread or brioche.
