Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s), including the egg white
  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg whites into a very firm snow, add the powdered sugar to form a thick cream, mix this cream with desiccated coconut and lemon juice. Place small heaps with a teaspoon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until golden.
