  • 80 g cornstarch
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon)
  • 30 g desiccated coconut
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. First, line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper baking cases and preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Then mix all the dry ingredients (from coconut chocolate to salt) together well in a bowl. In a second bowl, stir the remaining ingredients (from coconut milk to melted butter) with a whisk.
  3. Now add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and quickly work in again with the whisk.
