Ingredients

  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 4 tablespoon liqueur, (coconut liqueur)
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 200 g currants, red (currant)
  • 30 grams sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix currants with sugar and add 2 tablespoon. Pour into the dessert glasses.
  2. Mix the cornstarch with a little coconut milk until smooth, bring the remaining coconut milk to the boil, stir in the cornstarch and reduce while stirring, remove from the plate, stir in the coconut flakes and liqueur, sweeten to taste. Pour the cream over the currants in the glasses, allow to cool and then place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, then spread the remaining currants over the top and serve.
