  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 575 g suar
  • 450 g butter
  • 800 grams flour
  • 2 packs baking powder
  • 1 ¼ liters milk
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 2 packs desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Make a batter from the eggs, vanilla sugar, 375 g sugar, 250 g butter, flour, baking powder and 1/2 liter of milk.
  2. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Cut into small squares while still warm (approx. 5 cm X 5 cm).
  3. In the meantime, heat 250 g butter with 200 g milk chocolate and 200 g sugar. Now deglaze with 3/4 liter of milk and bring to the boil once. Briefly dip the warm cake square pieces from all sides in the chocolate milk and then roll them in coconut flakes.
