- 8 cup oatmeal, coarse
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup nuts, ground
- 0.25 ¼ cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 0.5 ½ cup honey
- water
- Vanilla, if you like
- Raisins, to taste
