  • 125 g flour
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 250 ml oil
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat. Spread butter on a loaf pan and flour with breadcrumbs.
  2. Separate eggs. Beat the egg whites into stiff snow. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolk until frothy, mix in the lemon juice, then add the oil. Then stir in the flour, desiccated coconut and baking powder. Finally fold in the egg whites and pour the dough into the loaf pan.
  3. Bake the cake for about 50 minutes.
