  • 250 grams sugar
  • 300 g marzipan raw mixture
  • 250 g desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoon rum
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat egg whites and salt until very stiff. Add sugar in portions and keep stirring.
  3. Add the marzipan mixture and stir until it has completely dissolved.
  4. Add coconut flakes, rum and lemon juice.
  5. Cut off the mixture with two teaspoons, place on the prepared baking sheet and bake. If you want, you can also put the piles on baking wafers and then bake them.
