Ingredients

  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 liter milk
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 500g flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 1 packet baking powder

Instructions

  1. Soak the coconut flakes in the milk. Add the eggs and swirl the mixture with the hand blender until there is foam.
  2. Mix in the sugar and vanilla sugar well. Mix the flour, starch and baking powder well and stir into the coconut mixture.
  3. Bake waffles from the batter in portions in the waffle iron on the highest setting.
  4. Makes about 30 waffles.
  5. Very suitable for the iron for Belgian waffles, but also for the normal waffle iron.
