  1. Cooking cheese cakes. Separate the white from the yolk. We do not need the yolk, it can be used to prepare other dishes. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg white, semolina, sugar and vanilla sugar. Grind with a fork into a homogeneous mass.
  2. Coarsely chop the nuts with a knife. If desired, they can be fried in a dry pan for a couple of minutes – then they will become even more aromatic. Add chopped nuts and coconut to a bowl with curd mass. We mix.
  3. With wet hands we form “tall” curd cakes of approximately equal size. Cooking the breading. Mix flour with semolina. Thoroughly roll each piece in breading. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. We spread cheese cakes on it and fry them on both sides, until golden brown. Then we reduce the heat to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the fried cheesecakes for about 10 minutes.
  4. Let’s start preparing the cream. Combine condensed milk and cream (putting aside about 2 tablespoons of cream). and beat until smooth. Pour the resulting mass into a saucepan and place on the stove. Heat the mixture and bring to a boil. We dilute starch in the delayed 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of cream. Pour the starch and cream into a saucepan in a thin stream. Stir constantly, cook the cream until slightly thickened. Turn off the heating.
  5. Serve ready-made coconut-nut cheesecakes without flour with butter cream.
