Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 250 g oatmeal
  • Aroma, (vanilla or lemon aroma)
  • possibly cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with sugar and maple syrup until frothy.
  2. Add the oat flakes, flour, desiccated coconut and eggs and stir everything in well.
  3. Flavor with cinnamon, vanilla or lemon to taste.
  4. Place small heaps of the mixture spoon by spoon on baking sheets lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 10 minutes.
