Ingredients

  • 50 g oatmeal, tender
  • 60 ml coconut milk
  • 180 ml milk
  • 1 small banana (s), very ripe
  • 3 tablespoon berries, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon coconut chips or sunflower seeds
  • Desiccated coconut
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Let the oat flakes with coconut milk and milk simmer for approx. 8-10 times until the mixture is nice and creamy.
  2. Wash the berries and mash the banana. Stir the banana and 1 tablespoon of berries into the slightly cooled mixture and sweeten as required. If you want, you can also stir in 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes. Serve with the remaining berries and coconut chips.
