Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 220 g flour
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 medium egg (s)
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda

For the filling:

  • 100 g double cream cheese
  • 60 g suar
  • 75 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 g hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Knead all the dough ingredients thoroughly and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Mix the ingredients for the filling and chill too.
  2. After the cooling time, roll out the dough between two sheets to form a rectangle (20 x 30 cm), then distribute the filling on top and roll it up from the long side. Chill the roll overnight.
  3. The next day, cut into 0.5 cm wide slices, then place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (190 ° C) for 8-10 minutes.
