Ingredients

  • 200 g natural yourt
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated, 1 teaspoon zest it
  • 4 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 4 sheets gelatin, white
  • 200 ml sweet cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt with sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest. Stir in desiccated coconut. Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes, squeeze out and dissolve in a saucepan. Stir in the yogurt mixture. Chill for 15 minutes until the cream begins to set.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cream. Chill everything until it is ready to be served. I cut off small portions with a spoon and put them on a plate. A fruit puree made from pureed peaches, berries or fruit of your choice goes well with it.
