Ingredients
- 200 g natural yourt
- 50 grams sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated, 1 teaspoon zest it
- 4 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 4 sheets gelatin, white
- 200 ml sweet cream

- Mix the yogurt with sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest. Stir in desiccated coconut. Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes, squeeze out and dissolve in a saucepan. Stir in the yogurt mixture. Chill for 15 minutes until the cream begins to set.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cream. Chill everything until it is ready to be served. I cut off small portions with a spoon and put them on a plate. A fruit puree made from pureed peaches, berries or fruit of your choice goes well with it.
