Ingredients

  • 120 g milk
  • 50 g coconut milk
  • 150 g yourt (fruit yourt), 0.1% fat (e.. blueberry)
  • 2 handfuls frozen fruits, thawed (variety to taste, e.g. wild berries)
  • honey

Instructions

  1. Put the milk, coconut milk, yoghurt and thawed fruits in a tall mixing vessel, mix everything with the hand blender. Then season with honey and fill into tall glasses.
