Ingredients

  • 1 liter double grain, or grain
  • 250 g coffee beans, whole beans
  • 250 g cane suar

Instructions

  1. First pour the cane sugar into a large mason jar. The jar must have at least 1.5 liters. Then add the coffee beans and then top up everything with 1 liter of grain or double grain.
  2. Let everything sit airtight for at least 6 weeks, then strain the coffee schnapps and pour over them.
