  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 110 g suar, brown
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoon coffee beans
  • 250 g wheat flour, possibly a little more

Instructions

  1. Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and egg yolks with the hand mixer on the highest setting until frothy. Add the flour and knead together with the coffee beans and almonds (add a little more flour if necessary).
  2. Shape the dough into 2 long rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the rolls on the middle rack at 170 ° C for about 25 minutes. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and immediately cut the warm sticks into 1 cm thick slices.
